We provide services within a broad legal spectre including the following areas:
Compliance and Risk
Mergers and Acquisitions

Supply Chain Management
Oslo Stock Exchange Regulations
Standard Legal Assignments
We offer legal services charged by the hour or at a fixed price – just like you are used to! We have the digital tools to cooperate closely if we work remotely. However, in our experience it is beneficial to sit together on some projects. If you prefer, we are more than happy to join your team or we can arrange for collaboration hubs.
Legal Services Subscription
If your need for legal services is hard to predict, we can provide a subscription with a fixed fee for a fixed amount of hours of legal support on a monthly basis. The subscription offers a reduced hourly rate and there is no risk involved as any unused hours will be transferred to the next month. This solution is helpful both for companies with and without inhouse lawyers as it offers the opportunity to call on us as a sparring partner, an additional resource or for the more standard legal advice.
Legal Department as a Service
We provide «Legal Department as a Service» . All companies have legal matters which must be handled; however many companies do not have an inhouse lawyer and are reluctant to engage external lawyers. “Legal Department as a Service” provides you with the benefits of a highly experienced inhouse lawyer at the scale you need, whether this is one day per week or twice per month at an affordable cost level. Please contact us to discuss if you are interested in learning more about this service.
